KLIA Transit trains stop at Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station; from there, local buses or e-hailing cover the precinct, which is too spread out to comfortably walk between landmarks.
Early morning or late afternoon for cooler temperatures and the best light on the Putra Mosque and lake. Evenings are popular for the lakeside promenade and bridge views once the buildings are lit.
Half a day covers the mosque, bridges and lakefront; a full day allows time for the Botanical Garden or a lake cruise.
Putrajaya is Malaysia's purpose-built federal administrative capital, centred on a vast man-made lake ringed by government buildings, ceremonial bridges and manicured parks.
