Participation in Trash Free Hill 2024 is free of charge, making it accessible to everyone who wishes to contribute to the preservation of Penang Hill. However, if you plan to take the Penang Hill Railway to the summit, standard ticket prices apply, which range from RM6 for locals to RM30 for non-Malaysian adults.

Parking is available at the base of Penang Hill near the funicular railway station in Air Itam. A multi-level car park provides ample space, but it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends and during events, so arriving early is advisable. Additionally, parking is chargeable on an hourly basis.
