Head over to our tour guide booth at Pantai Cenang. Make sure you get there 30 minutes before your scheduled time so we can go over some important safety tips and operating instructions.

Session Timings:

• Morning session starts at 10 a.m. (participants should arrive at the counter by 9:30 a.m.).
• Evening session begins at 2 p.m. (participants should be at the counter by 1:30 p.m.).

Attire and Items to Bring:

• Wear suitable clothing for water activities.
• It's advisable to bring along drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a waterproof bag, snacks, and some extra money for your visit to Pulau Dayang Bunting.

Weather Policy:

• This activity is contingent on favorable weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, an alternative date will be proposed.

Pricing Information:

• The cost covers one jetski, which can accommodate up to two people.
• The fee includes only the jetski rental for the tour and does not cover the entrance fee to Dayang Bunting Lake.

Group Information:

• For an optimal experience, we recommend a maximum of 8 jetskis per group. Larger groups will be divided into separate subgroups.

Insurance and Safety:

• No insurance is provided for water sports activities. However, we ensure that all participants and staff adhere to safety regulations and guidelines outlined in the rental agreement and during the pre-activity briefing.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions or movement restrictions is permitted.

• Meet your guide at Cenang Beach where you'll get a lifejacket and wet shoes, and learn about safety and how to operate the jet ski.
• Keep an eye out for eagles and learn about Langkawi's natural beauty and geology at the eagle feeding spot.
• At Tasik Dayang Bunting, The fjords, and Pulau Intan, you will be given the chance to swim and snorkel. Please ensure you wear or bring appropriate clothing.
• Please note that any loss of personal belongings in the sea are at your own risk.
• Please aware that all Watersport activities are extreme sports, any risk or injury is at your own risk.

Strictly no refund on cancellation unless cancel due to bad weather, solely decision made by tour operator.
