Participants who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund or reschedule.

You'll visit three stunning waterfalls in one trip — Sofea Jane (Jeram Kubang Gajah), Maya Karin (Lata Pinang), and Neelofa (Lata Gita). Each has its own unique character, from gentle cascades to dramatic drops, giving you multiple swim spots and photo opportunities along the way.

The main route is approximately 10 km through forest terrain, typically completed in 3–5 hours depending on pace and stops.

A licensed MGP Guide is optional for groups of 10 and below, but is strongly recommended — especially for first-timers and families. For groups of 11 and above, a guide is mandatory by regulation, with a ratio of 1 guide per 10 hikers. Your permit is included in the package regardless of whether a guide is selected.

Yes, your mandatory Selangor Forestry Department permit is arranged and included as part of your booking. Simply present your mobile voucher and identification (MyKad or passport) on the day of the hike. No need to apply separately.
