All bookings are strictly non-refundable. No cancellations, transfers, or date changes are permitted once payment has been made. Participants who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund or reschedule.

A licensed MGP Guide is optional for groups of 10 and below. However, for groups of 11 and above, a guide becomes mandatory by regulation. Even when optional, having a guide is strongly recommended for first-timers and families for added safety and a better overall experience.

Yes! Sungai Pisang is one of the most family-friendly trails in Selangor. Children aged 5 and above are welcome. The trail is mostly flat with gentle elevation, making it manageable for young hikers. Children under 5 are not permitted for safety reasons.

Almost certainly, yes — and that's part of the fun! The trail involves shallow river crossings, so expect your feet and lower legs to get wet. Wearing water-friendly shoes or hiking sandals is highly recommended. Don't forget to keep your electronics in a waterproof dry bag.

Light rain is generally manageable and part of the rainforest experience. However, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe, your guide or trip coordinator will advise accordingly. Please note that bookings are non-refundable, so always check the weather forecast before heading out.

Bookings must be made at least 5 days (1 week) before your intended hike date to allow sufficient time for permit processing and group coordination. Last-minute bookings unfortunately cannot be accommodated, so plan ahead to secure your spot!
