Sungai Pisang Waterfall Trailhead is located directly off the KL–Karak Highway (E8) and serves as the entry point to Sungai Pisang Waterfall. Access begins via a large concrete drainage tunnel beneath the highway, which connects to a secondary forest area on the opposite side.

The tunnel is typically wet, with shallow to ankle- or calf-deep water depending on recent rainfall. Lighting is minimal, so visibility is low without a torch or phone light.

From the tunnel exit, the trail continues for approximately 300–600 metres through forest and along the river. The route is not formally maintained. Ground conditions vary between compact dirt, mud, exposed roots, and loose քարք (rocks), with several informal river crossings. Trail definition can change due to erosion or water flow.

The waterfall itself is a single-drop cascade over a rock face, with flow volume highly dependent on rainfall upstream. After rain, the discharge increases significantly, and water clarity typically decreases due to sediment. During drier periods, flow is reduced but access is easier.

There are no built structures such as railings, platforms, or designated viewing areas at the site. The area remains largely unmanaged, with no official entry control or on-site supervision.
