Dayang Bunting Dolina is a geosite in Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia. Open 24 hours.
Tasik Dayang Bunting, ‘the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden’, due to the hills’ profile resembling a pregnant lady lying on her back, is a large freshwater lake surrounded by steep-sided karstic limestone. This sinkhole, formed by a collapsed cave—a common phenomenon in limestone rock—exposed the cave and lake inside. This lake is the biggest freshwater lake in Langkawi.
