Early morning or late afternoon provides the best lighting for photography and cooler weather.
Take the KLIA Transit train to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station and continue by taxi, bus, or ride-share to Precinct 1.
There is no fee to view the exterior or surrounding grounds.
